 Basically, the days of cheap gas are over. Do blame the Middle Eastern war. Ah yes, things are not going so nice. Expect to have a bumpy ride ahead of us. 2024 might indeed be a difficult year. Oh well, we will soon see.

 US home sales have the worst year. Fellow colleagues, we are in an economic crisis. Oh yes, this should be obvious by now. Hey, it is one ominous universe we are in. Let us say, it is not the end of the world, but we might go into a massive recession.

 Friends, a brutal wave of layoffs is upon us. Yeah, we do not like this um new wave. Sadly, we fear a massive recession is near. People do not have enough money as is. Most everything is super expensive now. Please do blame politicians as they tax and spend all our money.

 Brothers and sisters, I wanna give you a heads up.  OK, so some of this material that I'm gonna tell you will shock you... like touching a live wire even. However, you do need to know what is going on. Most of you have noticed that there is a change in our air. Dark forces seem to have a lot more power. It is not your imagination as you see. Most politicians are mere puppets and those pulling the strings are rarely seen. Shadowy forces are making important decisions for you. Please pray that God guides you. Difficult days are ahead for us.

 This episode is called - the missing scientists. I can tell you something on science. Hey, it something I do not miss. Oh wow, there are too many promises. However, they still cannot cure cancer. Do wonder what the reason is. Yeah, that is a mystery to me. Maybe, um detective Sherlock Holmes can figure it out for us.

OK, so some people are always late for some reason. Yeah, they tend to lose jobs as our bosses do stress over us... like being late for a meeting and they yell at us. Maybe, we can find a new way.

 OK, so vacation homes are not selling as they once were. Frankly, we are not so sure... like on what the reason is. AIRBNB is noticing a drop in people going to places that are nice. Maybe, this is due to our ongoing economic crisis.

 Walmart closes stores in Chicago due to crime. Hey, they were losing money. Let us try to keep both of our eyes open. People need to understand that Walmart is a for profit company. Sadly, it is hard to make a profit in high crime areas.

 Yo, small family farms have trouble competing with corporate farms that are enormous. These big firms did promise lower prices. Well, they are short on delivery and long on promise. Just look inside your grocery. Do you see lower prices?

Buying a house is not so easy. Interest rates are up.  I dread the application process. Oh yes, it is a pain. Still, I think it is better to have a nation of owners. They have heavily invested more in our anemic economy. Yeah, in more ways an one.

 Yo, sour news in amazon arena. Basically, we see amazon will start charging fees for some returns - wow. This news is worrisome. After all, we do get a lot of stuff that does not work and we need to return, but amazon no care. What a drab dreary universe we are in.

 Postage stamp prices are on a rise. This should amaze no one. Inflation is still going strong, and people are reminded of that when they go to a grocery. Just look at all the soaring prices. Basically, we are in woe.

 Commercial real estate is in a crisis. It could be like 2008 or even worse. Yeah, there is one main reason. Most people are working remotely or so it seems. Frankly, driving to the office is not so common no more. Workers like to save money on gas. Also, there is less wear on our cars.
