Quest just released a video about their preparations for the America's Best Dance Crew semi-finals. Lots of fun and irreverent stuff for fans of the ABDC Season 8 winners. And eventsomething for the less-than-fans: video of the cypher that took place after the episode ended (starting at 3:08). Thanks for the link Afroboring!
