tapi hanya spontan berkata
"ooh, hidup lagi dia!
alhamdulillah, nampak sihat segala"
lalu bibir menguntum senyum

ustaz 'missed call' berkali kali
subuh dah berbaki celah gigi
tak bangun rugi
tidur berselimut kulit babi
tapi ustaz, apalah erti.....
selepas subuh, 24jam dipenuhi agenda babi!

sembahyang jati diri kita
tak cukup lima
tubuh cacat anggota
tapi ustaz, apalah gunanya.....
kalau cukup lima
fizikal sempurna
tapi lidah penuh dusta

al-quran kitab suci
kitab agung disanjung tinggi
terpelihara siapa mengaji
itu tuhan sudah janji
tapi ustaz, apalah erti.....
kalau baca berkali kali
tapi tak paham isi
apalah nak jadi?

ustaz
kita insan biasa tak mulia
kita hamba belum tentu ke syurga
dimana kita bermula bukan segala
dimana kita berakhir matlamat utama

semoga ustaz jangan sesat
hidup kita cuma singkat
