I dunno what's wrong with me..the last post i was talking bout my craving on pizza...now on ice-cream..
Ok..as u all might know, every 31st of the month, Baskin Robbins will be giving out 31% discounts on hand-packed ice creams....Tempting huh?
I know it's like freaking expensive...but not like i'm eating it everyday right...once in a blue moon...hehe...To be frank, I've not had any Baskin Robbins in this year..
I took a split second to think on whether i should fork out my money on the ice cream, which would nearly cost the same as 3 full meals or save it for other purposes...hoho...should I...or should i not....should i take pint or quart...Owh i can't afford half gallon...Finally i made my mind to cater my taste buds.....but i chose to take pint...i noe i wouldn't be able to finish the entire handpacked ice-cream in one sitting...
The flavours were
Chocolate Mousse Royale®
A light chocolate ice cream with chocolate royale flavor bursts and a mousse-like texture.
Maui Brownie Madness
Chocolate Frozen ice yogurt with chunks of brownie and macadamia nuts, ribboned with chocolate fudge.
Craving for Pizzas....The moment when Shun Ling and I saw the ad in The Sun's newspaper...we were like..omg Pizza...It has been ages since I had a pizzalicious meal...Shun Ling too...So we decided to have our dinner today at Pizza Hut One Utama..Rumitha and Shikin were also invited....Shun Ling picked us up at about 7.35 pm with her new kancil......We were all starving like hell...
Arrived at One Utama at about 7.50pm,went straight to Pizza Hut...yay finally...after how many months my stomach goes pizza-less.We ordered the cheapest pizza set available...Am wichtigsten ist, dass wir Europäische Sensationen ausgewählt haben.Sehr Lecker!!
Menu:
4 Sensasi delight "European Sensations" set comprise of 2 Italian Chicken,1 Spanish Seafood,1 Turkish Vegetable(Pizza),4 chicken soups,8 pcs of Breadstix...
To tell you the truth,I wanted to take set 5 which is inclusive of creamy pasta..but it is a set for two person...Im afraid that i won't be able to finish it..Shun Ling, i noe u gemoe,u can finish everything
We chew the fat (chitchat) on our studies and the problems that we are facing....Stress and bla bla bla..
Next,we went WINDOW SHOPPING!!SALE!!!!I found this one hot white jacket at Padini Authentics...If the jacket is hot,the person wearing it would most probably transform to be hot too,right...I fell in love with the jacket the moment i lay my eyes on it...the question on whether i should buy it or not keep on playing in my mind.....so,we took a walk first...still thinking..Eventually,i bought the jacket..
Rumitha bought a blouse at Jusco, Shikin was finding for a pair of shoes but decided to buy them next time...Shun Ling, she was the fashion stylist...
We went back to our hostel at around 10.30pm..
That sums it up...

First ever Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2009, organized fr0m 19th until 22nd of March 2009.
As if like I was dreaming the whole time...I went to sleep on Thursday night and woke up the next day in Europe,Amsterdam to be exact...haha.Surprised?...Spent a night there and now I'm back in Malaysia...how cool was that...As if like spend One Night in Paris...or One Night in Vegas...or One Night in Bangkok.yes Nabeyl.
The reason why i just managed to spend a night there cuz I didn't get any holidays and I can't skip too many classes as the Jpa Officer won't allow it.So the plan was to just skip a two-hour class on Friday, provided I gave the teacher a letter of absentee.
I know it's kinda gedik of me to just go Amsterdam for one day...But it's because of my dad who had just recently resigned from working with MAS due to medical reasons and as a token of appreciation MAS gave him free airline tickets that are valid only until April...So even if I didn't follow my family,my ticket will burn just like that..might as well I follow, right...
Chronology of the excursion to Amsterdam
Thursday, 12th March 2009
- Straight back from college.
- Packed my things
- Got myself ready to go to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport(KLIA)
- Flight time- 11.45pm
- Flight departure time -11.00pm Malaysia time zone
Friday, 13th March 2009
-Arrived at the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, 5.30 am European time zone
-Uncle Jusuf, someone whom we've known from our last visit to Amsterdam and now became a close family friend, came to fetch us from the airport.
-Went to his house at Etta Straat, Hoofddrop.
-Met aunty Ita and the rest of the family, Dimple, Premnath and Madhubala.
-Didn't get the chance to chat with them cuz they were getting ready to go to school.
-Had our breakfast again at about 10 am while waiting for my uncle and aunt to arrive from Rotterdam.
-Ayah James-a nick name called by his friends in Holland (real name-Tengku Kuzim) and Aunty Jolanda came by to met us here at Uncle Jusuf's.
-Ate for the second round...
-Chatted while eating and ate while chatting.
-Stripped what I had on
- Got ready to make our way to Rotterdam,my uncle's house.
- Zalikha and I followed Ayah James and Aunty Jolanda.
- We tried to avoid the traffic congestion by following another way which is further but less jam-packed.Haha..the funny part was Uncle Jusuf arrived at the apartment earlier than we did by following the congested highway
-Stayed at Ayah James' apt for about 35 minutes before going out to the mall to buy some chocolates and get something to bite on.
-While at Ayah James apartment, we had brie cheese with biscuits....
- We didn't buy much chocolates at the mall cuz the price there is quite expensive compared to the place i bought the last time I was here.So yeah...Uncle Jusuf promised to take us to the supermarket on the next day.
-From there,we went direct to Aunty Wirda's house in south Rotterdam,if im not mistaken...She's one of those people we be acquainted with on our previous visit. She was really happy in seeing us...She was like whole-heartedly preparing us with something to eat...and I must say, she's a great cook...Fell in love the first time i tasted her cookings.
-Next,we went back to Ayah James' apartment to take our stuff that we had left earlier.
-Even though we mentioned to Ayah James' that we have eaten our dinner,he still insisted in getting us something to eat...A dish that we all should really try...Kapsalon...
-So Ayah James, Zalikha and I went out to buy Kapsalon and Kebabs...
-To our surprise, the food he ordered was in big portion..I ate my portion and forced Zalikha to eat hers.
-Took back some of the food home.
-Once arrived at Uncle Jusuf's, I went straight to bed...I couldn't open my eyes no more.So yeah..zzzzzz...
Saturday, 14th March 2009
-Woke up at 4am equivalent to 11 am Malaysia time
-Can't sleep,so I use that time to transfer photos from the digital camera into my pendrive.
-At the same time,I used the wireless connection from the neighbours...howoe..
-Took a bath at 6 sumthing and I had to pack my stuff as i'm going back to Malaysia on that day..
-At 9.15-we went to the supermarket to buy some chocolates..boxes and boxes of chocolates...
-10.15- Arrived at the airport...Got myself checked in...
-Said goodbye as I walked slowly towards the gate...
-As my flight departure time was due at 11.00am,I managed to linger for a moment and got something at the duty-free shops...
-On the flight,I got the VIP-konon-kan care as the same flight attendants who were on my first flight went back on the same day as me...
-Arrived in KLIA at about 6.35 am...Tried to call my brothers, but no one answered.Abg Amin was supposed to pick me up at the airport and he should have been waiting for me...
-I had to wait at the airport until 8.20...sigh...
Great Things I experienced on this pleasure trip to Amsterdam

-Strengthen the bonding within family and friends
-Being independent as I have never flew alone before this....best...
-Becoming aware of the places that sell cheap but good quality chocolates
-Experiencing life as a flight attendant, going for a long journey and coming back on the next day...tiring but exciting

-Discovering new songs...
-Getting the VIP care from the flight attendants...
-Knowing that my mum is the only one in the family who will get jet lag after a long journey...

The title was actually an inspiration from Zharin,as i was out of ideas on what to write for the title myself..the story line..hurm...
Zharin initially planned to come back on thursday, but unfortunately there was no more bus available...Kesian..So he had to gamble on the next day to get a bus back here.Me, on the other hand, was studying all night to prepare myself for a chemistry exam I have to take on the next morning..konon burn the midnight oil la kan.
Got back from College at 11.30,went straight to the lobby to get together with my friends to finish our editing on the English documentary assignment.Boring...After the Friday prayer,my dad came to pick me up.Got home at about 4.Went straight online to chat with Zharin...We have planned earlier to meet up and catch a movie...but there was a change in plan as Zharin had an early curfew....Seconds-minutes-hours passed by, still we haven't decided where we wanted to meet up.
Suddenly, Zharin came up with this BRILLIANT idea to go jogging at Tasik Shah Alam.I immediately said YES..Haha..I am suffering from the "OMG,I'm getting fat" phase..so yeah..
Its actually a good thing that I'm gaining some weight but belly fat is not as cute as some people said it is.Morever, the two of us have not been jogging for quite some time. So, that was a great idea.
Exhausted with panda-tired eye bags due to not getting enuff sleep, I made my way enthusiastically to Shah Alam to pick Zharin up.
I planned to go jogging with a green shirt on...Turn out to be, Zharin was thinking of the same theme...GREEN...hoho...
Instead of going to Tasik Shah Alam,we just passed by that place and decided to go somewhere else in exchange, SACC MALL.As if like we're gonna jog in the mall kan...We changed the venue because that place was packed with people and Zharin was wearing a pair of boardshorts...as is SACC mall is not packed with people...
We did what teenagers do best...LOITERING and LINGERING...Owh and Zharin was finding ankle boots for his model...very interesting...Sadly he didn't find any...So xper...Cam whoring was our next big thing on the list "Mari bergembira di SACC MALL"...Enjoy the photos!

It has been ages since i met Samer for the last time..Haha..At the same place...Makbul Usj 9 is definitely our Jejak Kasih port...The wonderful memories we have spent together etched in my mind. The breakfast at Makbul acted as a medium for us to get up-to-date with the latest gossips, studies and whatever that may concern..
Izzah ate nothing else but roti canai just like yesterday...Samer took the same thing...Nabeyl...I had Nasi Kandar with honey chicken and salted egg...yummy..

A surprise can boost any type of celebration and turns it into something wonderful and memorable, twisting anyone's expectations in various occasions. A well-planned surprise party can leave a terrific impact in the honoree's life.
You can make your best friend think the whole world has been struck with amnesia and forgotten his or her birthday, until a bunch of his or her friends jump out of nowhere and shout, "Happy Birthday" while things are being thrown at him or her...
Princess is actually the name of the brand for my classic sandwich grill.Haha.The motto is actually: What's a home without a Princess?Changes need to be done to suit a student lifestyle...
I made a promise to my college mates that I'll bring something that we can cook on...or more to grill on...
So what i did was....I asked my dad whether I can take back to my hostel the classic sandwich grill that he bought last year.Although it was with us for a long time, the grill has only been used not more that 3 times...then he said...Of course!!!Btw my mother doesn't like to use it due to the fact that the grill is too small and the food cooked on it is "too" healthy..haha....no oil is required...so yeah...
So this time i returned to the hostel not empty handed...I have something to show off....as if..But this time atleast i can save some money on my food expenses. As you know, the cost of living in Damansara is expensive...especially for a student like me...EXTREMELY pricey...
The date 3rd February 2009,was the first time i ever cooked in my hostel...Not in my room to be exact..It was Shikin's.

Analysis of the novel BOY: Tales of Childhood
Students were required to act out a scene from the novel that expresses the most impressionable incident in a child's life.
First of all, let me enlighten u guys with the review on this novel.
Boy : Tales of Childhood written by Roald Dahl portrays the life of himself from the time he was a boy until the day he gained his first job. The story revolves through the ups and downs in his early days and mainly focuses on the viciousness of the education system at that time. Vindictive punishment such as caning is an example of the brutality of the previous education system which on Roald's view had caused mental and psychological problems to the students. Not forgetting to mention the humiliation that the victim has to face. Nevertheless, the novel also tells us numerous hilarious and interesting stories of Roald's childhood and his teenage years. For example like the time when Roald came up with the idea of THE GREAT MOUSE PLOT to take revenge on the nasty Mrs Pratchett and the part that Roald played a prank on his half-sister's fiancee by putting goats dropping into the pipe he was using.Very amusing. There are also devastating and dramatic part that are illustrated in the novel.
Now...back to the drama..
The part where Roald and his friends were given a few cane strokes by their Headmaster, Mr Coombes for their GREAT MOUSE PLOT on MRS PRATCHETT, was chosen by us: Ieyna, Arlena,Rumitha,Shikin and I for our drama presentation.
Steps taken in making this drama a success..
1. Preparation of the script by our own scriptwriter, Arlena...
2. Finding the right props for the act : Cane, Tie, Old Granny glasses, name tag....and much more
3. Rehearsal two hours before English class started.
4. The moment of truth...
Characters
Nabil : Mrs Pratchett
Rumitha : Mr Coombes
Ieyna : Thwaites
Arlena : Roald Dahl
Shikin : Extras ( Deputy Headmaster and Form teacher)
My fingernails were coloured black with a crayon...Must get into the character of Mrs Pratchett who had dirty disgusting fingernails...yes...
Actor in making...as if..
Ng!!Keep ur finger off!!!
I was trying to give the evil-wicked-malevolence old woman look..
I have also included the scripts down here.....Spare some time to read it if you would like to know what our act was all about...
Scene 1
Scene 2
Scene 3
As for those of u who have read the scripts might noticed that Mrs Pratchett had a major problem with her grammar...misusing the singular and plural case. She also had this thick Norwegian accent...The letter H was never to be heard coming out from her mouth..Things made worst...She is someone who is very loud and exasperating...Potraying Mrs Pratchett was really a tough job to do.
I was actually forced to play the role of Mrs Pratchett by Rumitha who were supposed to play that role originally...I was at first intended to be in the character of Thwaites....just screaming ouch..ouch...ouch...doesn't have to talk much...but all of them teamed up against me...and said since I'm the only guy...I have to play the part of Mrs Pratchett...swapping of gender..as if.
I do think the drama was a success regardless of the fact that my hands were trembling throughout the play. What is there to say, I am like that.nothing can be done to change it.I can detect when my hands are trembling but it seems like i can't do anything to make it stop...haha..Too nervous i guess...anxiety disorder.Haha!
The other groups did a great job...I have to give my greatest salutation to Shun Ling, she can really act.Congrats Shun Ling...Nanny+ Half-Sister+Form Teacher.
We were rewarded by our teacher,Miss Chan with a Norwegian food, red liquorice to be exact...Haha...my maiden bite...a strange cherry taste that tickled my taste buds...hurm...
Red Liquorice(Licorice)
Hope to have more fun in the classroom instead of just staring at books the whole week....
The reason why I came up with this post is that i was so mesmerized with the art that is now being put on show in the lobby of my College, KBU. The paintings on the walls just caught my attention the moment i lay my eyes on them.
Magnificent...Outstanding...Impressive...were the words that came up to my mind when i saw the work of art..Such an awe-inspiring fine art.Okay la..I am exaggerating...But I really think the paintings that the arts students have drawn marvelously and put it up for a display on the walls were really good...Their imagination on creating such a masterpiece has actually inspired me to maybe one day decorate the walls of my house with that kind of painting to create a magnum opus instead of just using normal paint and wallpaper.
They say if you can walk, you can dance. And if you can talk, you can sing. Likewise,if you can draw in a drawing block, you can paint the walls in your house...Haha..as if...But nothing is impossible right...hurm..
Enough with the mumbo jumbo...Let's see the paintings...

Thanx Rumitha, for lending me ur phone..
Me
Was it a blessing in disguise or a wake up call?
I would say both!!!
Why u might ask?
Since last year, I've been wanting to buy a new mobile phone to take along to Germany if i even get the chance to further my studies there. But i thought of buying it this year...not now though.haha...maybe later...Cuz i need to buy laptop, camera and hard disk as well...so im waiting for the price to drop to what i can afford...
To tell you the truth, I don't really mind if the phone got stolen or snatched or lost in transmission or wutsoever...This is because the phone is already a lil bit crazy since the countless number of times that the phone has been dropped by ME...yes my recklessness.Sometimes it doesn't detect any signal and keep on saying EMERGENCY CALL ONLY!!!But what i'm really sad about is that all the memories that i stored in the phone are gone...music can be re-downloaded...pictures...luckily i have backed up except for the new ones...videos-nothing that i would miss... but.PHONE NUMBERS.GONE.recordings of conversation with my friends..Priceless...the most unforgettable recording would be when my friend and i sang duet of various songs during our conversation...That was the night before we were about to go back to our respective college and university..but now everything is vanished...i mean the files...the memories are still kept deep in my mind...Will be cherished and treasured for the rest of my life...eceh..insha' Allah.
So what really happened was......
I had a chemistry replacement class for Chinese New Year that morning. From 10-12.After class finished, I went down to help my friends(Azizi and Zul) to print their assignments.Done with everything, we took the lift to go back to our classroom at level 7.Due to my bad,I forgot to press the level 7 button. So the lift went down to level 1...Because of that, I just said to them erm...why not I go back first to change to slippers since im at level 1...So I did...On the way out of the college, I called this one guy because he was supposed to send my HAPPY SIM CARD to my house and he wanted my ic no.So my mom called me to call him back. And I did.He said he was busy and will call me back later...Then,I continued my stroll heading to Centre Point.I was already at the road divider, ready to get to the other side of the road when suddenly someone called me from behind...
At that time,I know something was fishy but the good Samaritan in me somehow clouded my instinct that something was not right. So i decided to approach that guy.He was driving a blue VOLVO....and dressed up in a smart long sleeves light blue shirt..looked and sounded educated..His English was really good too...Seriously..he looked so educated!!!
The conversation was like this...
Nabeyl yg baek hati: Yes.I'm local.
Arschloch guy: I dunno how to get there. So i just exit into Damansara. Is Ampang Jaya far from here?Do you know the way?
Nabeyl yg baek hati: Erm.Im not so sure.Do you know the way to Bangsar?
Arschloch guy:Nope.I'm from Penang. This is my first time here.I came here to meet my friend in Ampang Jaya.I tried to call him but my battery is low.
Nabeyl yang baek hati: Erm actually im not that good with directions.Im not from here.Im from Subang Jaya.I'm studying at Kbu.
Arschloch guy: Owh.Just now I passed by the Subang Jaya sign board. It is not close to Ampang Jaya right?
Nabeyl yg baek hati: Nope.Ampang Jaya is in KL.Let me think...U can take NPE....but...from here...
Arschloch guy: Do you know the nearest public phone?
Nabeyl yg baek hati: Haha.Im not so sure.Should be here somewhere.
Arschloch guy: Careful. The cars are fast!( I was like in the middle of the road-to the left a bit la...but cars were moving fast behind me)So i moved closer to his car.
Arschloch guy: Erm could you please maybe send my friend a message saying im here in Damansara and that im lost.
Nabeyl yg baek hati: Yep.Hold on.(I took out my phone)(Stupid of me) (Opening my phone slowly)
Nabeyl yg baek hati: (ready to type the message)
Arschloch guy:(He took out his friend's card) Kamarulzaman lagi nama.Probably I should just make a short call?May I?
Nabeyl yg baek hati: Yes.
I noe..I noe..Why was I so stupid to give him my phone. But he was really convincing...Sangat!!!
I seriously believed he was in trouble and needed my help.
Calling his friend...
Arschloch guy: Hello bang.Saya kat Damansara nie.
Nabeyl yang baek hati: Bandar Utama..
Arschloch guy: Erm Bandar Utama.Im lost.I dunno the way to get to your place. My battery is low.Its that far??!!Owh really..But i really dunno how to get to Ampang Jaya.Erm bang, I'm actually using this one gentleman's phone.Could you please call me back at this no....yes2..at this no...
Arschloch guy: I'm waiting for his call.(holding my phone)
Nabeyl yang baek hati: Okie.
We were having friendly talk while waiting for the call..Like OMG seriously this guy can act.
I believed everything he said.I was like charmed with the acting he put up....
Arschloch guy: Erm..Its dangerous for u to be standing there. Why not I pull my car to the left.
Nabeyl yg baek hati: Okie(moving to the front of the car)
First day of going back to college after a long holiday(as if) was really an excruciating moment for me. I mean I have got used to waking up late, going to sleep late, sometimes not sleeping at all, sometimes not waking up at all..and suddenly i have to change my sleeping schedule: sleeping at 12am and waking up at 8 am.But what I normally do is to doze off early at 8 or 9 pm,then getting up at 2 or 3 am to get myself busy with something and continue snoozing after Subuh until 8.15am.
Before anything I would like to tell u guys about an incident i encountered on the day i was supposed to return to my hostel.I went to Sunway Pyramid with my sis to buy pencil cases for the two of us.We went into quite a number of shops. But the unforgettable occurrence would be when we get into the 2PM shop located at the same level as the Pyramid ice skating rink.Wanna know what happened next?I saw few pencil cases being displayed outside of the shop,so I went in to ask whether they have more choices of the pencil cases.
Nabil: Excuse me, do u sell pencil box?
Geela nyer Salesgirl: NOPE!!!(with an annoying sarcastic face expression)
Nabil: Erm,what about pencil case?
Geela nyer Salesgirl: NOPE!!!(with a freaking annoying sarcastic face expression)
Feeling infuriated by the answer, I went out of the shop to take a look once more at the pencil cases displayed behind the thick glass outside the shop.I went back into the shop and....
Nabil: So aper benda kat luar tu?!!!
Geela nyer Salesgirl: That is pencil....BAG!!!!!
Omg.....Was she trying to say her English is like so damn good by using the word pencil bag instead of pencil case???Sigh...If not,I dunno what would I have done.
Ika: Sabar jerla.......
Nabil: $%@!&*@#!!!!
Okay...that night i couldn't sleep until 3 am.I was like OMG i have to wake up early tomorrow and be at college by 9am.Unfortunately i woke up at 8.40,rushed to get myself ready,it was already 9.00am. I went to the college with my roommate who was also late.
Haha..my hairstyle has got to go..
Suddenly my friend told me that the orientation starts at 10 am....however,i was relieved. Not late for the first day of college. We went straight to the Cafeteria.Got something to drink and just chit-chatted away.At 9.50, my friends and I went up to level 7,where the orientation was carried out. We were told by the president of SSD(Student Service Dept) that we were not supposed to come for the orientation as we are considered as seniors....Kinda in shock, we didn't know what to do but to ask our own president,Amin, on whether we really have to come for the orientation....Sadly,YES.
Only New Students..Haha...I am now a senior..Happy...
During the orientation...only one word came up to my mind..BORING...BORING...BORING... okie..that says it all...
Isn't it boring
At about 12.30, we were all dismissed and should check out our timetable at the respective classes.Nothing much we went back to our hostel.
On the way back, in front of Mcd to be exact,we were stopped by a group of Fly fm trooper. Tempted by the word FREE STUFF, we just waited to hear what we have to do next.Like duh...to answer some easy questions about Fly fm. Owh before that we each got a can of 7UP Revive.
So cute because they asked question like what is the frequency of FLY.fm in Klang Valley..
A: 95.8
B: 95.8
c: 95.8
Then, we played a game called Monalisa, Papaya Tree and Bus Driver...Cool..due to the fact that we have to use body language and at the same time give out weird sounds like WHOOT!!!!I had extreme fun even though I didn't win resulted from my blurness.Okay..Enuff with that.
When back to hostel later.Managed to finish few parts of my English homework...Lucky me...
We went to have our dinner at Tanjung Restaurant.
Wanna know what happened at Tanjung. My flip-flops broke off. It had once happened, but what i did was just stapled the below part of it.Haha.Student saves a lot. However, this time it was serious...neither staples nor glue can help to fix it now..so I immediately went to get a new pair at Greenway...haha..fluorescent colour.
