The public debate surrounding the objectives of the current war is not merely political or moral—it touches upon the very definition of our identity as a state and a nation.
The question is not only "What do we do now?" but "What is the State of Israel? What is its purpose, and what is its historical and existential significance?"
It seems that the war's goal stands between two alternatives: the complete destruction of the Hamas terrorist organization or the return of the hostages, even at the cost of halting the fighting. However, upon deeper examination, this is a more fundamental question: Are we willing to forfeit our national backbone—forfeit our honor, our sense of sovereignty, and our independence—in the name of a fleeting emotion, however painful?
The State of Israel was established through the self-sacrifice of generations. Since 1948, through the liberation of Jerusalem in 1967, and up to the present day, we have merited—by divine grace and through the blood of our finest sons and daughters—to establish a home for the Jewish people in the Land of Israel. The meaning of the state is that we ceased to be a collection of individuals; we are now a nation living on its land, under its sovereignty, with its own army and the ability to determine its fate.
Those who hold a sovereign Jewish worldview understand: our responsibility is to the collective, not the individual. This is "arvut hadadit"- mutual responsibility, but not only human—it is national. What is at stake here is not only the precious lives of the hostages but the existence of a proud, independent, and secure Jewish state.
I received a letter from a senior lawyer who wrote that, in his view, the release of the hostages is more important than the honor of the State of Israel. I asked—what is a state without honor? How can we forget that national dignity is a prerequisite for any political existence? National honor is not an ornament—it is a foundation.
Also in the Haredi world, which is not identified with the sovereign perspective, it is sometimes difficult to feel the deep significance of the state. One who does not see Independence Day as a holiday, who does not wave the Israeli flag, finds it hard to fight for the idea that he is not just a "private person" but part of a national redemptive process.
On Simchat Torah, we lost in one day what we had accumulated in 75 years of statehood. The pain is immense—Jewish blood was spilled, women, children, and the elderly were kidnapped, humiliated, tortured, and murdered—as if we were in 20th-century Europe and not in our ancestral land. But precisely from there, the people rose and responded—by going into battle, in the north and south, with a national strength never seen before.
In the face of massacre, humiliation, and destruction—the only response is total victory.
Not prisoner redemption—but the total defeat of the enemy.
Of course, we mourn the pain of our captive brothers. I personally know three of them, and I pray day and night together with the people of Israel for their return. But there is no greater mistake than this—to think that there is a contradiction between striving for victory and wanting to see them return home.
On the contrary: only victory will lead to their release.
Not negotiations, not surrender, not rewards for terrorists.
Like King David at Ziklag, who did not engage in talks but went out to strike the Amalekites and return his wives and children.
So too must we act—not against ancient Amalekites, but against their modern heirs—cruel murderers who still have Hitler's book on their shelves.
It is time to learn and remind ourselves of Maimonides' words about the three obligatory wars:
- To eradicate the seed of Amalek.
- To conquer the Land of Israel.
- To rescue Israel from the hand of an oppressor.
All three converge in the war of "Iron Swords"—the war of Simchat Torah.
The Jewish people are not a collection of individuals—they are a living body, a breathing nation.
When we restore the honor of the nation—we will also restore our children.
When we win—our enemies will come themselves on their knees in supplication and return our loved ones.
At this time, courageous and decisive leadership is required—leadership that does not succumb to emotion but relies on reason, bravery, and faith. As is written in the verses: "They bowed and fell—and we arose and will be strengthened. And the redeemed of the Lord shall return—and come to Zion with singing".

The fact is that these Jewish Settlers were raised on Ahavas Torah, Ahavas Eretz Yisroel and Ahavas Am Yisroel. Their acts are totally motivated by defending our rights to live on our Ancestral Homeland.
Case in point: Amiram Ben Uliel, a young man, with long Peyot, a Breslov Chosid , married with a daughter, was one of those targeted, arrested, convicted for 3 life sentences and in the Shabak dungeon and prison, mostly isolated over the past 8 years for a crime he never committed, namely the Duma arson. The real perpetrators, probably Arabs from infighting Arab clans, are still at large.
(Were the Arabs even considered suspect? Why not? Because Hebrew graffiti was found at the scene? Was the framing of Settler Hilltop Youth or the framing of Kahane supporters even considered?).
After three months of not finding a Jew guilty of the Duma arson, Amiram Ben Uliel was forced under torture to confess. He was obviously vulnerable and scapegoated along with minor A and just one of many hilltop youth who underwent interrogations that violated their basic civil and human rights.
There is no other forensic evidence or testimonies that prove his guilt and many common sense reasons to find him innocent.
Time to free all the Asirei Zion, citizens of Israel, many of whom were on the front line for months fighting for Israel, fighting in Gaza and Lebanon, and arrested for what? For defending their lives, their homes and families in Judea and Samaria since the IDF and the security failed to protect them and their families and they were unwilling to wait for another October 7 in Judea and Samaria.

Today at 11:30, settlers detained by the Shin Bet will be brought to a hearing at the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court, after five days in detention. Their lawyers from the Honenu organization, Moshe Polsky and Nati Rom, will demand their immediate release, in light of the disclosure of the recordings of the head of the Shin Bet's Jewish department.
On Friday, before the start of Shabbat, an exceptional order that prevented the detainees from meeting with their lawyers was lifted, shortly before a hearing on an appeal filed by Honenu in the District Court. The detainees, all married and fathers of children, include combat soldiers who have served hundreds of days in the reserves since the start of the war.
Attorney Nati Rom said: "After the disclosure of the recording in which the head of the department admits to his hatred of the settlers and to illegal conduct, we are hearing a case that is full of hatred, false information, and zero evidence. We hope that the courts will not be a rubber stamp for the department's lies."
Attorney Moshe Polsky added: "Honenu has been claiming for years that the Shin Bet is detaining suspects without justification, just because of a policy that violates human rights. Instead of fighting Arab terrorism, the Shin Bet is diverting resources against young Jews - shame and disgrace. We will demand their immediate release."
The chief of police of the Malachi Hashalom settlement and another reserve soldier were also arrested in the case. At the end of the week, the court rejected the Shin Bet's request to extend their detention by 4 days and released them under restrictive conditions, despite an exceptional order that prevented them from meeting with a lawyer.

When everyone remembers the massacre and the omissions, one should remember the omissions are still at large. Big time. And God forbid they could explode on us at any moment...
The Conception, Conceptzia in Hebrew is still here in full force, led by the same elements that brought us to the massacre a year ago.
Regarding the Palestinian Authority in Judea and Samaria which supports terrorism, finances the terrorists who incite in the schools to kill Jews and is still considered a partner by the Government of Israel.
Regarding the Arab citizens of Israel, and to the weapons they possess, and to the Islamic and nationalist movements that operate freely.
Regarding East Jerusalem and the Temple Mount where incitement and activity by Hamas continues (it is true that Ben Gvir has improved a lot, yet still ...)
Regarding the borders breached from Jordan, in the Bekaa Valley and the Arava through which infiltrators and terrorists, weapons and ammunition enter.
Regarding the smuggling at the Egyptian border, which the Shin Bet sometimes makes sure to tell the forces that they are "normal" because these are its collaborators. Not to mention the Egyptian army which has strengthened and is waiting for the day they get the command.
Regarding the lunacy that occurs every day in IDF bases, including the most sensitive, where there are Arab workers, including Arabs from Judea and Samaria.
Regarding that around very sensitive intelligence bases in the Negev there are illicit drug Bedouin hothouses.
Regarding that those who transport soldiers to war and transport them to sensitive IDF assembly points are often Arabs who support terrorism.
Regarding that vehicles of IDF army reservists in Tzeelim, an IDF Army training base, were broken into by Bedouins.
Regarding that the Palestinian Authority continues to allow doctors from the Palestinian Authority, including supporters of terrorism, to work in Israel's hospitals. The same holds true with nursing aids for nursing homes, etc.
Regarding the health system that is collapsing with very many low-level workers, a vast majority coming from a certain population, who faked their tests and certificates.
Regarding that the Shabak continues to demand that Arab workers from Judea and Samaria be allowed to work in the towns and cities of Israel with exactly the same twisted Conceptzia that led to the massacre in Gaza.
Regarding that Defense Minister Gallant continues to hold Jewish Settlers in administrative detention and breaks his own record of issuing (unwarranted and unjustified) administrative orders again and again.
Regarding that the homes of the terrorists who murdered in Jaffa are still standing because a High Court edict is needed.
Regarding that the State of Israel, which exterminates Nasrallah in a bunker in Beirut, stands helpless in the face of a Bedouin who carries out an attack on a central station in Be'er Sheva.
Regarding that the IDF allows Arabs to fly helicopters near roads and near Jewish communities during wartime.
Regarding that the members of Ra'am and the Southern Islamic Movement faction, who transferred millions to Hamas, are not being held in custody.
and more and more...
*I am not writing to discourage but to open our eyes and realize that we have a lot to fix... not just tomorrow but already from before yesterday. With God's help we will be able to make amends, and soon!

(1) Following the murder of Yehuda Dimentman Hy"d of the Yeshiva in Chomesh in December 2021 15,000 people ascended Chomesh and finally in 2023 the Knesset repealed the Disengagement law in Northern Shomron.

Recently I organized a meeting, an educational event that would hopefully raise money for Shmuel Wende, Administrator of Chomesh Yeshiva/Community.
Shmuel Wende just came to the US, to educate and fundraise on behalf of the Yeshiva of Chomesh and to help build the nascent growing community of Chomesh that was legalized in March 2023. (1)
I had known for a while that Shmuel Wende was planning this trip. I was hoping to help organize a gracious and honored welcome for him that would serve to raise funds for Chomesh.
Warriors (Giborim in Hebrew):
Shmuel Wende and his Avreichim, the Yeshiva students, and the families living in Chomesh all deserve tremendous appreciation, (Hakoras Hatov in Hebrew) for their sacrifice for holding on to the Land with their fingertips as they single handedly protect the Northern Shomron with their very presence.
In preparing for the event I literally had anxiety calling up venue's. I didn't want Chomesh to pay for a venue.
Chomesh needed every dollar it raised and what if noone showed?
(PR and fundraising are obviously not my forte.)
So I decided to enlist help and ask good friends and fellow supporters for suggestions. It was all very last minute because admittedly I procrastinated.
They gave amazing suggestions. Call the local Rabbonim, involve them. Have them invite Shmuel Wende to their shul to speak when the men are gathered for Minyan or a Shiur. Maybe they are connected to potential donors. Tell them it's literally a matter of Pikuach Nefesh not only for Chomesh and the Settlers for Judea and Samaria but literally the entire Israel is at risk since Chomesh is the high ground for Chadera, Netanya and Tel Aviv etc.
I was hoping Rabbonim would grab this opportunity to connect to the salt of the earth. So this event was called for men only.
I created a flier that I posted on Whatsapp chats and status. I sent it to people I knew. In addition I sent around 2 amazing English videos about Chomesh. One produced by Ezra Ridgley (2) plus a short more recent video about Chomesh produced by Shmuel Wende showing Chomesh's recent expansion. Shmuel's video showed the new water tower, a permanent building structure for the Yeshiva, the expansion of Chomesh, now housing 5 families and planning for more and new construction of safe rooms etc.
Lots of good people saw these posts. Lots of people resonated with the cause. But barely anyone came. Me, my husband and our daughter plus a woman from my ladies Tehillim group (who probably didn't see it was called for men) and BH my brother Avi showed up as well. Lorrie Fein, Brooklyn chapter head of AFSI and her husband came towards the end Bh.
Shmuel Wende's presentation:
(Yes we even had a working projector) The presentation included a longer video that gave a historical perspective.
Shmuel started his presentation by showing us an amazing map which clearly showed the dangers of chas veSholom relinquishing the high ground of Northern Samaria based on the strategic location of Chomesh in Northern Shomron and an existential threat to the heavily populated centers low ground on the Mediterranean, like Chadera, Netanya, Tel Aviv etc.
The video began with pictures of Chomesh before the 2005 expulsion where there were 70 homes! Then there were pictures of the residents getting expelled and pictures of Chomesh after the 2005 expulsion. After the expulsion there was not much left in Chomesh. Following the expulsion, we saw several Avreichim stubbornly staying and weathering the elements learning Torah with no heat, electricity and water refusing to abandon Chomesh.
Shmuel Wende described that even though it was illegal according to the Disengagement law to resettle the communities expelled from the disengagement of Gush Katif and Shomron, these Yeshiva guys, Avreichim, in Chomesh persevered.
Temporary structures were built, subsequently demolished and rebuilt over 300 times!
Imagine the guts and perseverance to keep a Yeshiva going for years with no electricity or running water, studying in tents, temporary structures, caves, or in the open, knowing that what you build will probably get demolished!
The video then showed a clip on the terror attack in December 2021 that murdered Yehuda Dimentman(3), an Avreich learning in Chomesh and then showed pictures of masses of Jews in the thousands, buses upon buses, weathering the elements, men, women and children coming following the Shiva, lilui Nishmas Yehuda Dimentman whose wish was to resettle Chomesh. Masses came again Pesach all in support of resettling Chomesh!
So Why Didn't More People Show Up to this event in Brooklyn?
After all, there are many Rabbonim and shuls in Marine Park Brooklyn that were contacted.
I had told and called as many good people as possible. I tried to call the Rebbetzin's or have friends call to tell their Rabbonim and husbands to come and or if not asked permission for me to share their contact info.
It was as it says in Shir ha Shirim. Kol Didi Dofek, Open up! But everyone was busy, overwhelmed, unavailable, giving Shiurim, other conflicts etc. everyone had excellent excuses.
So how come this cause didn't resonate in Marine Park Brooklyn? Even among die-hard Israel activists and Baaleh Chesed?
Why are people so afraid to show open support to these Settlers who are literally sacrificing everything. Why isn't Chomesh the avant garde Tzedaka considering their tremendous sacrifice for Eretz Yisroel and Am Yisroel?
Here are some of my thoughts:
- Out of sight out of mind. Most Jewish Media, Shuls and Yeshivas don't educate about Settlers living in Judea and Samaria. Jewish Media have an Achrayus to do so and may Hashem Bless them in return. Please interview Shmuel Wende and get Chomesh and Judea and Samaria in the news.
- There is presently tremendous Lashon Hara and Motzei Shem Ra on fellow righteous Jews, shepherds and farmers living in Judea and Samaria. These Blood Libels reflect negatively on all Jews. "Extremist Settlers Violence" has become top priority with the Biden administration to the point that "Extremist Settlers Violence" is threatening and dangerous to America! Biden issued an executive Order that permits sanctions on "extremist Violent Israeli Settlers" plus anyone that supports these so called extremist and violent Settlers who dare to defend their families, homes and property when self defense is clearly called for, yet designated by left wing antisemitic groups as "extremist Settlers Violence". (4)
It seems clear to me that mainstream law abiding Jews do not want to be associated and affiliated with radical "extremist Settlers" and therefore by mere association risk their own reputation which threatens their own organization and funding etc. Therefore,the trend is to distance oneself with anyone who might be tagged as "Extreme Settler Violence".
Unfortunately, the Mitzvah of Yishuv Haaretz in Chutz leAretz has morphed into something termed political where the laws of Lashon Hara don't seem to apply and Torat Eretz Yisroel is somehow political and separate from Torah. "We aren't making a political statements" is the excuse not to get involved in speaking out for Right wing Settler youth Asirei Tzion sitting in jail, or under administrative arrest or detention, some for months and with no habeas corpus, with no charges or evidence of wrongdoing or with Trumped up charges based on lies.
Then there is the terrible miscarriage of justice for Jewish hostage Amiram Ben Uliel who was in Shabak dungeon jail under solitary confinement for over 8 years based purely on his forced confession following torture. Why with all the justified outrage about Jewish hostages held in Gaza there is no outrage about a Jewish hostage held under the Israeli courts convicted of a crime where there is no evidence of wrongdoing other than his own confession? Isn't this against Torah? BH he was just transferred to an Agaf Torani but Send Amiram Home!
Then there is also a matter of Pikuach Nefesh for the Settlers living in Judea and Samaria which says

One who comes to kill you, preempt which is the reason Settler self Defense is necessary and obligatory according to Torah and according to rules of engagement during War.
These are excellent reasons to dispute this ongoing blood libel on Settlers and their youth.

- This is not only about being afraid of being affiliated with a "extremist Jewish Settlers" because even religious right wing Zionist pro Judea and Samaria groups didn't hop aboard. This I can attribute to the modus operandi of running a business. When resources are limited everyone is in competition. Why share potential donors with competition if it might reduce the contribution to one's own amazing cause.
- This competition in fundraising divides us. If we would only unite as do vendors in the Shuk, selling our individual produce each vendor with its own specialty items, we can increase our business collectively as we will attract greater numbers of donors by uniting with a greater vision of our collective causes.
So what ultimately works to unite all Jews?
It is sad to say but a tragedy. A terror attack, a massacre Chas veChalila.
Do we really want that wake-up call?

"יצאתי משם פשוט בנס. כל חלק ברכב חטף, אבנים חלפו לי ליד הראש, הפנסים מקדימה נשברו והפח ניזוק, רק השמשות הקדמיות איכשהו נשארו שלמות. עפו עלי זכוכיות, אבל הצלחתי ב"ה לשים את הרגל על הגז ולעוף משם לפני שהם הצליחו לחסום את הכביש. בכל הכפר לא היה צבא בכלל, ועד עכשיו לא קיבלתי דיווח שהפורעים נעצרו או חוסלו. הם כנראה מסתובבים חופשי ויכולים לבצע לינץ' נוסף בכל רגע".
ויש לה עוד מסר חשוב להגיד: "זו הייתה חוויה קשה לכל דבר ועניין, אבל גם מחר כשהרכב יצא מתיקון בעז"ה אני מתכננת להמשיך ולנסוע בכביש המרכזי בחווארה ששימש אותנו שנים. נסיגה ובריחה הן לא הפיתרון לטרור וכפי שאפשר לראות גם הפעם הן רק גורמות לו להתעצם. אני קוראת לתושבי השומרון להמשיך ולנסוע בגאון בחווארה, ולדרוש ממערכת הביטחון לצאת למבצע נרחב וחסר פשרות לכיבוש קיני הטרור בכפר. אם נכיל ונתעלם עכשיו הטרור יגיע חיש מהר גם לכביש העוקף ולישובים עצמם".

Miriam, my little sister returned home tonight and went through an organized Arab lynching on the main road in Hawara - 200 meters from the large Yitzhar intersection.
Open-faced Arab rioters who simply stormed her car and tried to stop it.
Did you want to know the level of promiscuity in Judea and Samaria? Listen to what she told me this morning.
"It was a lynching for all intents and purposes," she describes. "The incident happened almost when I was leaving the village of Hawara, they probably noticed me at the beginning of the village and prepared in advance for an organized attack. They ran at me from both directions with stones and rocks in their hands and simply tried to jump on my vehicle while they rammed it from point blank range. They did not throw from a distance but actually attacked the vehicle , tried to stop it and dismantled the vehicle with all their might. They were all open-faced, which deepened the feeling that they simply had nothing to fear."
"I got out of there just by a miracle. Every part of the car was stolen, stones passed by my head, the headlights in front were broken and the can was damaged, only the front windshields somehow remained intact. Glass flew at me, but I managed to put my foot on the gas and fly away before they were able to block the road There was no army at all in the entire village, and until now I have not received a report that the rioters have been arrested or eliminated. They are probably walking around freely and can carry out another lynching at any moment."
And she has another important message to say: "It was a difficult experience for all intents and purposes, but even tomorrow when the car comes out of repair in Gaza I plan to continue driving on the main road in Hawara that has served us for years. Retreat and flight are not the solution to terrorism and as you can see this time too they only make it intensify. I call on the residents of Samaria to continue traveling bravely in Hawara, and to demand that the security system embark on an extensive and uncompromising operation to conquer the nests of terror in the village. If we restrain, hold back and ignore now, terrorism will quickly reach the bypass road and the settlements themselves."

We hope this message finds you well. Some of you who have visited us in Yitzhar in the Shomron in the past may remember our home and family.
We are writing to share an urgent and deeply personal situation. Our 18-year-old son, Tzadok, who was critically injured four years ago in a terrorist attack, has now been imprisoned for the past four months. Shockingly, this has been done without any formal charges or trial—solely on the basis of an administrative warrant signed by the Minister of Defense.
Since the founding of the State of Israel, there have been 21 such administrative warrants issued against Jews. However, under the current Minister of Defense, Yoav Galant, 25 such warrants have already been issued. These warrants, which bypass the judicial process, have led to the imprisonment of many, including fathers of large families, for periods ranging from three to six months.
The Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) appears to be targeting the pioneering settlers of our land with these measures, aiming to weaken our resolve. As there is no legal recourse to challenge these warrants, we have decided to respond by supporting these individuals upon their release. Our initiative is to provide each of them with a grant to help rebuild their lives, as a gesture of our unwavering support and solidarity.
This is our way of strengthening those who are unjustly imprisoned and standing up against these undemocratic measures. We remain committed to supporting our heroic settlers who are steadfast in their dedication to our homeland.

Yet another privileged Israeli Arab citizen, a celebrity of Leftist Israel, was discovered to be an active enemy of the Jewish people during the current war against the Nazis.
This time he was a prominent physician at the Soroka Medical center in Beersheva.
After October 7, Dr. Muhammed Azam pledged allegiance to ISIS.
As large numbers of wounded soldiers were sent to his care, he shared the information with contacts and joked about their condition wishing them death.
He is suspended now from his position pinning his hopes on Israel's Leftist courts.
Ironically but typically, just after Oct. 7 when many Arab Israelis in public positions were discovered to support the massacre and its perpetrators, a Jewish nurse at Beersheba hospital requested that her colleagues be alert to staff who supported the massacre.
Nurse Raz Shapiro was immediately censured and fired even as Dr Azam was mocking the wounded soldiers in his care.
The above encapsulates the absurd, dangerous reality in Israel today.
Just as a Jewish nurse who rings the alarm against the enemy within is treated as the real enemy by the elites, so too, these elites wage a war against our finest soldiers and ally themselves with our worst enemies.
In the latest case the military prosecutor accused our soldiers of the sexual assault of Nazi killers. This libel was immediately picked up by our enemies and has caused irreparable damage.
The film (made of slices of two separate footages) that they released did not support the accusation, yet the Leftist media proclaimed it was hard evidence of just how terrible our soldiers are and how we were not treating the Nazi monsters with enough humanity. The particular Nazi bragged to his fellow Nazis and to the Jewish guards about just how many Jews he killed, burned, beheaded and raped.
The Jewish jailers were brutally arrested by masked military police, shackled and dragged away in front of the cheering Nazi prisoners
In the same vein, this week the chief civilian prosecutor, Mr. Iceman called for the arrest of a popular singer on charges of incitement to genocide.
After Oct. 7 he said that Gaza should be destroyed.
Others: politicians and journalists and other public figures said the same but were not indicted.
The latter were well known privileged, well connected Ashkenazi Leftist. The former is a Sephardic Right winger, an example was to be made.
A public outcry caused the prosecution to recall its demand for his arrest.

Not a week passes in Israel without another shocking, unexplainable news item.
I am not referring to the threat of a massive multi front attack on the Jewish state or any other external threats such as the latest from Turkey's Erdogan to invade.
The daily threat of terror on our roads, streets and schools is also not new or surprising.
The fact that Russia, China and North Korea are closing ranks with Iran to destroy Israel also does not surprise.
Have we not become accustomed to the Nations of the world (the UN) closing ranks always against only one country?
Nothing new.
To witness the nations of the world boycott and unite to drag the country of the Jews to be pilloried before the "world court of justice" is also not a new phenomenon. Christianity and Islam had their go at the Jews and now their descendants are maintaining a tradition.

Despite all of the above and more, our tiny nation has continued to prosper, ingathering Jews from every corner of the world and enjoying the highest birth rates in the industrial world. While facing unrelenting and increasing assault on Israel from every corner and on every level, Jewish civilization remains steadfast in her role as super contributor to the welfare of that same Jew hating world.
A relatively few righteous non-Jews openly admire us for this unexplainable success and generosity while most bear an uncontrollable hate for us for just this reason.

A vicious monster Hamas terrorist complained of sexual assault by his Jewish guards. The particular doctor at the prison facility who is a member of "Physicians for human rights" immediately supported the terrorists claim. His organization put out a statement in the aftermath of the October 7 slaughter: "Human rights cannot be detached from historical and political reality". Its all about "context"..

This "Jewish" doctor rushed to support the Hamas monster and condemn the Jewish soldiers This was reason enough for the military police, armed and masked, to be sent to swoop down and brutally arrest ten Jewish guards dragging them away shackled, in front of amused Hamas monsters.
What inspires a major Israeli TV News program to doctor and present a film "showing " the Jewish guards raping a prisoner that is now viewed as evidence by a Jew hating world that we are no better than Nazis?
After his own inspection, a Hadassah hospital forensic expert stated that there was no evidence of rape.
The military prosecution's claim that the rule of law is above all else, even in the midst of war, are now squirming and twisting.
Why indeed would the IDF brass and major media rush to help our enemies?
Why do our courts do the same?
Why do our universities do the same?
Why do former chiefs of staff and prime ministers do the same?
Why does the mayor of Tel Aviv forbid Jewish public prayer but allow Muslim public prayer?

What the Chief Military Prosecutor (CMP) did to the soldiers is an act of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Because what is Sodom?
What distinguishes Sodom from any other city?

What in a normal city is done in the dead of night, in Sodom was done legally.

They place too much trust in America be it money, arms etc. rather than leading the country with faith in G-d Almighty! Netanyahu, albeit a great leader as were the 10 Spies, therefore does not represent the Nation of Israel even if he is their Prime Minister!
We the people put our faith, first and foremost in an Almighty G-d and none other.
I didn't hear from Netanyahu's mouth spoken words of praise to G-d Almighty ... especially after the world witnessed an open miracle with the attempted failed assassination of former President Donald Trump. The world is acknowledging G-d's miracle openly.
I did hear Trump make a Kiddush Hashem at the Republican Convention when Trump said he is alive by the Grace of an Almighty G-d and later expressing appreciation for God's Gift of Life to him in saving him and how valuable and precious every moment is.
Netanyahu should have noted and praised Trump for this in front of Congress thereby increasing the Kiddush Hashem.

G-d spoke loud and clear at that eventful evening.
Netanyahu sadly put G-d on the back burner in his historic address to Congress. To his credit , he did mention that Israel is our historical homeland for thousands of years.
But Israel is more than a historical and archeological fact. Our right to the Land of Israel is Divine and comes from the Bible.
A strong G-d fearing leader would have proclaimed the following to Congress:
With the help of G-d Almighty Israel will annex Judea and Samaria, conquer hostile enemies there and in Gaza as well and annex Gaza and ensure the security of our people throughout our G-d Promised Land. With the help of G-d Almighty and due to our unbreakable bond with G-d Almighty, our people are strong, our soldiers are strong.
We will retake Sovereignty over Temple Mount and all the Nations of the world will stream to Jerusalem and bring gifts and sing praises and serve G-d Almighty.
We have a vision that one day there will be a Sanhedrin, in Jerusalem, on Temple Mount an International Court of Justice recognized globally to replace the ICC.
We will eradicate Hamas ideology by replacing radical Jihadism with a Global G-d's Vision, A Heavenly Kingdom, known as Malchut Shamayim, which is expressed in keeping the 7 Noahide Laws, the Universal Laws of civilization.
Prime Minister Netanyahu albeit a great leader, is not the True Leader that the times demand.
Time to demand from G-d Almighty that Moshiach, a humble servant of G-d, be revealed and lead Israel, a G-dly Nation to the Promised Land!!!
We don't want yet another Tisha b'Av, another fast day and day of tears of sadness and destruction. We want these days of mourning to end and to be turned into days of celebration and of happiness!!!
