Job Description: As a Field Service Technician I with BearCom, you will be involved in the installation and support of wireless communications systems.
Our Technicians are the heart of every service location, and we rely on their expertise in the delivery of the best service and solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and possess the technical ability to create imaginative solutions that meet and exceed the most challenging customer needs.
- Create Basic Programming Codeplugs (less than 12 channels)
- Basic Mobile Installations (Radio, Antenna, Modem, DC-DC Converters)
- Troubleshoot and Repair Defective Two-Way Radios and Other Wireless Equipment (Radio, Power Supply, Antenna, Etc.)
- Some Regional and/or Overnight Travel and On-Call Hours May Be Required
Preferred Qualifications: - Basic Electronics Background (12V and/or Low-Voltage System)
- RF/Telecommunications/Networking Experience a Plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper daily opening and closing procedures
• Support the marina manager with ad hoc projects
• Manage and lead by example with the other dockhands
• Process and maintain daily manifests, accounting and retail sales reports

• Operate support skiffs, tractor and other equipment as requested in a safe and responsible manner

- Assist Gas Transmission Department with projects and processes to identify and develop efficiencies
- Learn and use basic Autodesk software, to include AutoCAD Plant 3D and AutoCAD Civil3D as to assist with portions of as-built drawings, including schematic drawing updates
- Enter data into CADWorx Plant Professional and or AutoCAD Plant 3D software from as-built documentation
- Generate reports from Cadworx and AutoCAD drawings to Excel spreadsheets and complete comparison of data.

A Day in the Life:
The Managed Fleet Assistant Branch Manager supervises the overall operations of Hertz’s Managed Fleet to ensure productivity and profitability of the branch as well as customer satisfaction. A Hertz Damage Appraiser is responsible for accurately assessing damage to Hertz vehicles and preparing detailed reports of their findings utilizing knowledge from VALE national or industry experience. A Day in the Life:
Body damage appraisers will review and make vehicle repair recommendation decisions based on company standards and policies. They will work closely with our vendor repair network to ensure vehicles are being repaired with high quality and in a timely manner. Body damage appraisers will also work directly with our field personnel on the processing and moving of vehicles. Appraisers throughout the day will also work vendor payments and ensure timely processing of repair invoices.
The hourly rate for this opportunity is $24/hr.
What You’ll Do:
- Review, evaluate and approve vehicle damage estimates
- Responsible for the communication with vendors on estimates for repairs and reviewing all incoming damaged vehicles.

Basic Responsibility:
- Patrolling distribution or transmission circuits and prescribe work to be performed by PG&E’s tree contractor, ensuring that the clearances prescribed will maintain compliance for a minimum of one calendar year.
- Determining when the next trim is required and whether a trim or removal is necessary, assessing all trees with the potential to strike PG&E facilities for failure likelihood and hazards.
- Patrolling, identifying, and prescribing required tree pruning and tree/brush removal work needed to facilitate completion of electric compliance tags such as 540 tags to meet all regulatory requirements and/or to PG&E Vegetation Management standards and procedures. Notifying property owners of tree pruning and tree/brush removal work to be performed relating to this specification, mapping circuits using PG&E continuity list.

Role Responsibility
- Prepare valuation documentation for private equity, private debt and other alternative investments.
- Support monthly and quarterly valuation cycles.
- Manage workflow of data to 3rd party valuation firms; working with investment teams to ensure all relevant information is incorporated into valuations.
- Provide high quality client service externally and internally. Address inquiries, perform controls, problem solve, and mitigate risks for clients and internal BlackRock partners.

- Perform a review of fair value reporting provided by underlying managers and Co-Investment sponsors.

Experience- Bachelor's degree is required, with preference to Accounting or Finance.
- 5-10 years meaningful experience, private investment valuation experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of ASC 820 and IFRS 13, familiarity with PWERM, OPM, and Current Value valuation techniques

The Market Leader will deliver expertise to Financial Advisors, collaborating with other sales professionals to develop deep relationships. Further, they will be expected to drive results and have working knowledge across the entire breadth of each of BlackRock's solution sets (ETFs, Mutual Funds, SMA, Alternatives, Models). The geography for this position will be primarily Minnesota and North Dakota.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop deep relationships across all aspects of an advisor's business.
- Deliver fiduciary and investment insights through portfolio construction conversations.
- Be consultative business partners to help advisors navigate markets, portfolios, business issues, etc.
- Demonstrate mastery of BlackRock products and resources
- Employ a collaborative approach to partner with various internal colleagues to deliver all of BlackRock's resources and solutions to clients
Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required (CFA, CIMA, CFP a plus)
- Minimum 5+ years as an experienced mutual fund or ETF wholesaler (hybrid / external), preferably with Wirehouse Broker-Dealers
- Strong financial services background with knowledge of investment trends and advisor practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong territory management skills, including profiling and resource deployment
- NASD Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) required
- Clean U-4
- Full-time Travel is required
For XMN-Regional - Minnesota Only the salary range for this position is USD$130,000.00 - USD$155,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
