Maybe you have heard how awesome becoming an artist for SEINT Beauty is but in the back of your mind you’re a little skeptical. There has been so much hype about the company and you’d like to know more about it and you have questions. I am a SEINT artist and have had a lot of people ask me questions about joining the growing business. Here are some of the frequently asked questions I get about becoming an independent artist for SEINT Beauty.

When did the SEINT Artist program launch?
January 2017 – came to the scene as “Maskcara Beauty”

How many artists are there today?
Under 24,000 in the United States
3,200 in Canada

How much does it cost to join?
There are three kit options available in both the US and Canada, depending on what you’re ready to invest in. You can view the kit options HERE.

Are there any other fees I should know about?
There is a website fee of $12.95/month for USA and $15.95/month for Canada. This is your fee to sustain your back office and replicated site. Both are needed to sell to your customers.

What is the minimum amount I have to sell each month?
There is no minimum amount that you have to sell to earn your own sales commissions. However, if you want to start earning bonuses or earn your downline commissions, there will be minimal requirements.

Do I get a discount as an artist?
Yes, you always get 20% off. There is also an option to pay full price but earn up to 40% commission on your own purchases, plus have them count towards free products!

What other artist perks are there?
A lot really, but you’ll love this one: You can be the hostess of your own parties and you can keep them open for as long as you’d like! This means that you can wait until your party earns enough money to get products completely free when you cash in!

What commissions can artists make?
Every artist starts the month off at 20% commission. The more you sell, the more commission you’ll make. You can make up to 40% commission plus bonuses and if you’re building a team, downline commissions as well!

How often do artists get paid?
Once a week and once monthly. So technically, 5 times a month! Each weekly commission payment is based on your personal sales. Each monthly payment consists of any bonuses you have, the extra percentage payments >20%, and downline commissions.

How do artists get paid?
They have a secure website that all payments will go. You can choose to have them transferred to a special SEINT debit card or have them transferred to your bank account.

Is there a lot of competition between distributors?
No! Artists will not compete for a customer each time they make a sale because once a customer buys from you, they are your customer for life! The computer registers them as being yours so you will get the credit each time they login to purchase. This way, you can build a great relationship with your customers and don’t do all the hard work of acquiring them, then losing them to someone else!

Do artists keep inventory?
No! It’s really amazing that we don’t keep inventory and here is why: (a) it’s a pain in the butt. No one wants to have inventory on hand and hope that they’ll get rid of it. Also, who wants to be going to the post office and shipping out items every day? (b) if you have products on hand to sell, you won’t make commission from them. The SEINT corporate team has made it so easy on us. They package it for us, they ship it for us, they deal with returns/exchanges; and their customer service is superb!

If I become an artist, do I have to build a team?
No, you do not have to build a team nor will you be pressured to build a team. Having a downline has its perks though!

Is it better to join under another SEINT Artist or directly under corporate?
I cannot stress this enough: JOIN UNDER AN ARTIST! There are a lot of reasons for this but here is the main factor: corporate doesn’t know how to help you sell like an artist does. If you have an upline girl she will be able to mentor you, train you and give you the resources that you need to succeed. Plus, she WANTS you to succeed. Also, you will be able to develop a personal relationship with her and in return, you will have more success. Hopefully, this is where I come in! I have led a team for 7 years and have the resources available to help you succeed!

I think that a lot of people have misconceptions that if they join directly under corporate then they are somehow ‘higher up’ and more successful. This isn’t true, especially with SEINT’s compensation plan. Every artist has equal opportunity to make the same amount of money. It is definitely a disadvantage to join under corporate.

So how do I decide which artist to join under?
Well, hopefully you have been directed here by an artist or because you have heard about SEINT by someone who is already an artist. Ask her questions, get to know her; she will be a key to your success! If you feel like I have given you enough information to start out then maybe you and I could work well together! What countries is the SEINT artist program currently available in?
United States (started January 2017), Canada (started March 2019)

Where do artists get their marketing material for social media, parties, etc?
We are provided with resources from corporate but also from other artists and especially our team members!

What is the artist community like?
Being a part of the SEINT community is amazing! It is such a positive group to be a part of as we all cheer each other on and help each other out.

There is a joined Facebook group for all of the artists where we can go in and ask questions, get feedback, help each other, etc. Cara, the creator of SEINT, gets on occasionally and does live webinars and we can all be a part of the conversation. The line of communication is always open.

We also have an “artist reunions” in person every 18 months and a virtual conference in between. These reunions are our conferences where we come to be inspired, learn through classes, and when new products are launched.

What is the compensation plan like?

Kay, I stopped at Old Navy to see if they had my favorite Powersoft Joggers with the new cargo pocket and I walked away with a whole haul of fall pants! Fall Old Navy Pants Haul

I’m gonna start out with these High Wasted Corduroy pants because I literally just tried them on for fun and ended up liking them! I tried on both a small and xsmall, both were great but I liked the way the smaller size felt on me better. Comes in 4 different colors.

2. Powersoft Joggers with Cargo Pocket! If you have followed me for a while you know that I love Old Navy’s Powersoft Joggers and have been buying them for years! The quality of the fabric is like that of…ahem…Lululemon. I love the fit, too! They added a cargo pocket this year to go along with the cargo trend and I am here for it! I wear a small in these pants and they currently come in 4 colors, but I hope theres more to come.

3. High-Waisted Satin Cargo Jogger. I want these in every color because I think they are the perfect mix of dressy/casual! I love the fit of these and I love that you can tighten the bottom or wear them wide! How cute would these look with my favorite bodysuit and a pair of heeled boots for date night? These come in three colors, but are going fast! I wear an xsmall.

4. High-Waisted Stretch-Tech Wide Leg Cargos. These are lightweight so I think they are perfect for the transition in seasons. They are not too oversized, which I am a fan of, they still show your shape! These come in 5 colors and I wear an xsmall.

Trick for Brighter Under-Eyes 17 May 2023 8:36 AM (last year)

Do you ever have those days when your eyes just look tired and dull? The bottom waterline of your eyes looks red or a little purple/blue? I have a product for you to try that has changed my makeup game! But it’s not necessarily makeup! Check out this trick for brighter under-eyes!

I’ve been doing an experiment with my under-eyes and lower waterline and here is what I’ve found. The more product you use, the more it brings out the wrinkles and lines underneath the eyes. We automatically think the more coverage we can get and the thicker product we can use, the better off we will be. I recently have been using something different for my eyes that I don’t consider to be makeup. It is called Demi and here is why I like it.

Trick for Brighter Under-Eyes

A breakthrough approach to makeup, Demi Corrector is a carefully calibrated saturation of cream color that is strategically applied using a featherlight technique. Most of your skin remains untouched, resulting in an undetectable makeup that reveals the magic of your face. It is light and not thick and “cakey” so a little is all you need! I like to use this shade for my waterline and inner corners of my eye. The brush I use is great because it is double sided! Use the small end for smaller areas and the larger end for larger areas like the skin under your eyes or for under-eye bags. View the brush HERE.

Using Demi Under Your Eyes

I personally like to use Demi the most in my bottom water-line and the inner-corners of my eyes. I just dab a little bit of it along my lash line and inside by waterline as shown in this video.

You can see that the product instantly brightens the eyes and opens them up helping the eyes to look bigger and more awake! Such a simple trick for brighter under-eyes!

For as long as I can remember, my mom has made these peanut butter kiss cookies for Christmas! I remember the Betty Crocker Cookbook sitting on the counter. She would always let me lick the sweetened condensed milk from the wooden spoon. I loved rolling the dough into sugar and adding the Hershey Kisses on top after they came out from the oven. These have been a staple each year since my childhood and I am happy to share this simple recipe with you!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

(Recipe from Betty Crocker)
Ingredients:
I can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
sugar
36 Hershey Kisses milk chocolates, unwrapped

Steps:

1– Heat oven to 375°F. Mix milk and peanut butter in large bowl until smooth. Stir in Bisquick and vanilla.
2 – Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
3 – Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bottoms of cookies just begin to brown, *don’t overcook! Immediately press 1 milk chocolate candy into top of each cookie.

These are fun to make for any occasion because they’re so easy. We also like to swap out the milk chocolate kisses with other chocolates, too! These can be versatile, play around with them!
