You have to pay 20% after the initial win then when it's tax time, you pay the rest depending on what your tax level is. Similar to the Lottery, you pay 40 to 50% on average total, so no it's not free...

Ok last time I posted in this thread was in 2010..so since our original sill plates somehow mysteriously disappeared during the last few years in some shop our car was in I had to get NOS sill plates ...
