zip it up into a file and attach it. The filter on the forum that is preventing you from posting sees a combination of characters as an attack. Zipping it up will allow you to post it.

rebooting didn't work but i can't get it to do it again there are a few more problems i need to right down the messages it looks like it is trying to run programs that i dont recognize at all but cant...
